Palta Dorada is a 100% owned gold, silver and copper project in the Ancash Department of Northern Peru, located approximately 140 kilometres southeast of the Company’s Aguila Norte processing plant by mainly paved roadway.
The project is central to Peruvian Metals’ strategy of advancing internally sourced material that can be processed through its own facility. Sulphide material from Palta Dorada is expected to be shipped to Aguila Norte for processing, while oxide material can initially be sold to local toll mills capable of treating oxide gold material.
| Ownership | 100% Peruvian Metals |
| Commodity focus | Gold, silver, copper |
| Location | Ancash Department, Northern Peru |
| Property size | Approximately 2,250 hectares |
| Distance to Aguila Norte | Approximately 140 km by road, to the southeast, mainly paved |
| Main structure | San Juan vein |
| Known strike exposure | At least 840 metres |
| Development focus | Bulk material extraction from oxide and sulphide zones |
| Sulphide pathway | Aguila Norte processing plant |
| Oxide pathway | Initial sale to local oxide toll mills |

Independent metallurgical testing has confirmed gold and silver recoveries from sulphide material at Palta Dorada, supporting the Company’s strategy of processing sulphide material through Aguila Norte to produce a gold silver concentrate. Testing was carried out by Certmin S.A., an accredited laboratory in Lima, Peru.
| Material | Head grade, recovery and method |
| Updated sulphide sample | 11.10 g/t Au and 4.67 oz/t Ag. Recoveries of 89% Au and 75% Ag by flotation. |
| Previous sulphide sample | 8.30 g/t Au and 3.39 oz/t Ag. Recoveries of 89% Au and 61% Ag by flotation. |
| Oxide, shaft area | 35.1 g/t Au and 1.51 oz/t Ag. Recoveries of 82% Au and 58% Ag by agitated cyanide leach. |
| Oxide, second structure | 13.0 g/t Au and 2.98 oz/t Ag. Recoveries of 92% Au and 65% Ag by agitated cyanide leach. |

Development work has focused on the main San Juan vein, where surface exposure shows at least 840 metres of strike length. Work completed to date includes a 160 metre access drift on the lower 895 metre level and rehabilitation around a historic 53 metre deep shaft. The shaft exposes both oxide and sulphide mineralization and shows the transition between the two zones.
Previously reported chip samples taken at various depths in the shaft, from a quartz vein containing sulphides, returned the following:
Chip samples are selective by nature and are not necessarily representative of mineralization across the property.
The Company is improving access to the property, upgrading camp conditions, and planning underground development designed to reach both oxide and sulphide material for bulk extraction. Initial work is expected to focus on expanding an existing access tunnel to reach oxide material above the oxide sulphide transition zone. A second access tunnel or crosscut is planned to intersect sulphide material from the main San Juan vein below the transition.
